Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how BellTech Interactive handles information in connection with mobile apps and games published by BellTech Interactive.

This policy applies to BellTech Interactive titles including Neon Relay, Storm Watch: Rescue Ops, Neon Drift Overdrive, Toy Box Volume One, and other BellTech Interactive apps and games unless a separate privacy policy is provided for a particular title.

BellTech Interactive develops games, educational software, wellness applications, and utility tools. The features and third-party services used may vary by title.

Most BellTech Interactive apps are designed to function without requiring users to create an account, provide a name or email address, or maintain a public profile.

Information BellTech Interactive Directly Collects

BellTech Interactive apps generally do not directly request or collect personal information such as:

• your name
• email address
• password
• phone number
• contacts
• precise geographic location
• health information
• financial information
• payment card information

Unless specifically disclosed for an individual app, BellTech Interactive apps do not require user account creation or login.

Some apps may store non-sensitive app or gameplay information locally on your device. This may include:

• unlocked content
• game state
• similar information required for app functionality

This locally stored information is generally maintained on the device rather than in a BellTech Interactive user account.

Communications With BellTech Interactive

If you voluntarily contact BellTech Interactive by email or another support channel, BellTech Interactive may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, message, and information related to your support request.

We use this information to respond to your communication, provide support, investigate technical issues, and maintain appropriate business records.

Please do not send sensitive personal, medical, financial, or confidential information through general support email.

Advertising

Some BellTech Interactive apps may display advertising through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

When AdMob is used, Google and its advertising services may collect, receive, process, or share certain information to provide advertising, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain ad services, and comply with legal requirements.

Depending on the app, device, operating system, SDK version, privacy settings, consent status, and advertising configuration, this information may include:

• approximate location inferred from an IP address
• app interactions
• advertising interactions
• device and app information
• diagnostics
• certain device, account, or advertising identifiers where permitted and applicable

BellTech Interactive does not independently sell advertising profiles or directly receive a user's name, email address, or other direct contact information from AdMob solely because an advertisement is displayed.

Google's handling of information through its advertising services is governed by Google's own policies.

Children and Family-Focused Apps

Some BellTech Interactive titles are intended for a general audience. Other titles, including Toy Box Volume One, are designed for children and families.

BellTech Interactive does not knowingly request direct personal contact information from children through Toy Box Volume One.

Toy Box Volume One does not require:

• account creation
• user login
• user chat
• direct user-to-user communication
• public user profiles
• user-generated content sharing
• in-app purchases

Toy Box Volume One may store non-sensitive gameplay and app information locally on the device, including settings, preferences, progress, and game state.

Toy Box Volume One may display advertising using Google AdMob.

For Toy Box Volume One, BellTech Interactive uses conservative child- and family-focused advertising configurations. These configurations are intended to provide child-directed and age-appropriate ad treatment, limit ad personalization where supported, and restrict ad content to a maximum content rating of G.

Toy Box Volume One uses a bottom banner advertising format. It does not use interstitial ads, rewarded ads, app-open ads, or native advertising.

Toy Box Volume One is configured not to use the Android Advertising ID for advertising requests.

Advertising services may still process limited information necessary to deliver contextual advertising, maintain service functionality, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Parents and guardians who believe a child has provided personal information directly to BellTech Interactive should contact us at the address listed in the Contact section of this policy so that we can review and address the concern.

Third-Party Services

BellTech Interactive apps may integrate third-party services when necessary to provide app functionality, advertising, or related services.

The third-party services actually used may vary by app.

At the time of this policy's last update, certain ad-supported BellTech Interactive titles use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

Third-party service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and data-retention practices.

BellTech Interactive reviews the services incorporated into its apps and seeks to configure them consistently with the intended audience and functionality of each app.

If BellTech Interactive adds a third-party service that materially changes how user information is collected, used, or shared, this Privacy Policy and applicable app-store disclosures will be updated as appropriate.

Local Device Storage

BellTech Interactive apps may use local device storage to maintain non-sensitive information needed for app or gameplay functionality.

Examples include:

• settings
• preferences
• scores
• game progress
• achievements
• unlocked content
• app state
• game state

Depending on your device and operating system, you may be able to remove locally stored information by clearing the app's data or storage through your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

Clearing an app cache alone may not remove all locally stored app data on every device.

Data Sharing

BellTech Interactive does not sell or rent personal information collected directly through its apps.

BellTech Interactive may allow third-party service providers, such as Google AdMob, to process information as necessary to provide their services.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process
• respond to a valid court order or governmental request
• investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues
• protect the rights, safety, or security of users, BellTech Interactive, or others
• establish, exercise, or defend legal rights

Data Retention

Locally stored gameplay and app information may remain on your device until it is removed through device or app controls or until the app is uninstalled.

Information voluntarily provided through support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, address technical or business issues, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.

Information processed by Google AdMob or another third-party service is retained according to the policies and practices of the applicable service provider.

Data Security

BellTech Interactive takes reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information it handles.

However, no software, device, network, or method of electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

BellTech Interactive apps are generally designed to minimize the direct collection of personal information and, where practical, store gameplay information locally on the user's device.

User Choices and Controls

Depending on the app and your device, you may be able to:

• clear local app data through device settings
• uninstall the app to remove locally stored app information
• manage device-level privacy and advertising settings
• manage permissions granted to an app
• use privacy or preference controls provided within a specific app

BellTech Interactive apps covered by this policy generally do not require BellTech Interactive user accounts. Therefore, there is generally no BellTech Interactive cloud account or account profile to delete.

App Store Privacy Disclosures

Google Play, the Apple App Store, and other distribution platforms may display additional privacy or data-safety disclosures for individual apps.

These disclosures describe practices for the specific app and may reflect data processed by third-party SDKs incorporated into that app.

Because BellTech Interactive titles may use different features and services, individual app-store privacy disclosures may differ between titles.

BellTech Interactive seeks to keep its app-store disclosures consistent with the actual behavior of each app and the third-party services included in that app.

International Users

BellTech Interactive apps may be available to users in multiple countries.

Third-party service providers used by BellTech Interactive apps may process information in countries other than the country in which a user resides, subject to the provider's own policies and applicable legal requirements.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

BellTech Interactive may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its apps, technology, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy will be revised.

Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
